Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and remove all your data from Joyers.
If you're not ready to leave, you can temporarily deactivate your account and reactivate it anytime.

Permanently Delete Your Account.

When you request account deletion, your public profile is immediately deactivated. Your account and all personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you change your mind within the 30-day window, you can cancel your deletion request by logging back in before it is processed.

Data permanently removed within 30 days

This action is permanent and cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period. You will not be able to recover your account, content, or any associated data. A new account will be required to use Joyers again.

You can deactivate your account temporarily. Your profile will be hidden and all your data will be safely preserved until you log back in and reactivate it. No data is deleted during deactivation.

We are deeply sorry for your loss. We can delete a deceased family member's account if you contact us and provide appropriate verification, such as an obituary or death certificate.

Once we delete the account, it will no longer be accessible. Because we want to respect the privacy of people on Joyers, we cannot share any personal or login information associated with the account.
